If you’re looking for unique wedding venues in Miami, you must add Grand Salon Reception Halls & Ballrooms to your shortlist. Located within the Killian Palms Country Club, this seven-acre property offers four distinctly elegant spaces. 

Many of our guests have said they knew it was “the one” as soon as they stepped through the front entrance. The Country Club House is a true mansion, complete with marble floors and royal chandeliers gracing the foyer and main room. A well-appointed dressing room is conveniently accessible to each bride, allowing her to take a moment before greeting her guests and enjoying the reception.

Let’s take a walk through each of the four venues within the Country Club, so you can explore the possibilities and narrow down your favorite.

The Ballroom 

Having a large wedding reception? Grand Salon can accommodate all your guests. The Ballroom is over 6,000 square feet, so feel free to invite up to 350 of your closest friends and family! And don’t worry, there’s still plenty of room for dancing on our elevated, state-of-the-art dance floor.

Our Ballroom is accented with custom millwork, crown molding, elegant drapery, and Empire Chandeliers, dressed with hand-cut crystals. On your special day, we’ll decorate the space with flowers, colors, and lights to reflect your style.

The Reception Hall

If you need slightly smaller accommodations, our equally beautiful Reception Hall is 5,300 square feet. You’ll have room for 200 guests to dance and mingle. Like the Ballroom, this space is tastefully elegant and offers a classic palette for you to decorate. And, like our other venues, the Reception Hall has all the audio/visual needs you could possibly need. 

For those who select the Unforgettable Reception, your guests can also enjoy a Welcome Cocktail area adjacent to the Reception Hall. This offers a pleasant transition from the ceremony to the reception — and a little extra time for the bride and groom.

The Gazebo

Now let’s take a moment to step outside. The Country Club’s beautifully manicured garden opens up as you walk out to our outdoor terrace. Your attention will immediately gravitate to our romantic gazebo. This lovely ceremony area is draped in greenery and flowers, waiting for you to exchange vows. You can also choose to have your ceremony beneath our towering oak tree.

Grand Salon offers a special ceremony and reception package that includes our beautiful garden space, which comfortably accommodates over 200 guests. You’ll also have access to our Welcome Cocktail area on the terrace. It’s an ideal venue for those who always dreamed of an outdoor wedding.

The Cuidamar Room

If you’re looking for a more intimate venue, let’s not forget the Cuidamar Room. This gorgeous space is available for wedding parties of 60 to 100 guests, depending on the layout. We can create a room flow that works for the style and vibe of your wedding, including dancing. 

The Cuidamar Room follows the same decor that you’ll find throughout the Country Club House, with high-end finishes, classic decoration, and a neutral color scheme. This space also has a handsomely appointed bar area where guests can enjoy the delicious hors d’oeuvres and over 40 different cocktails. You’ll feel like you stepped back in time.

Regardless of which venue you choose, you can make it your own. Customize the experience of your space by adding room uplighting, a light show, or a floor monogram. Personalize the decor with specialty linen, Chiavari chairs, lounge furniture, full/sectional draping, and chandelier floral arrangements. We welcome your creativity.
